Firstly, incoming inspection(Inspection according to inspection instruction and would Judge the PASS and FAIL then mark it)
If material not ok, handle it as routine of unqualified material.
If ok, pass it in store→Material requisition→Produce→Send first sample. First Article come out.Secondly, first sample inspectionIf first sample not ok, we will stop producing and analyze the reasons.If ok, we will sign sample report and start producing.

Firstly, we use tandem extrusion machine to thin 100% pure copper, and then use an annealing furnace to cool it down, so that it is soften and not easy to break. Next extruder spread the surface of pure copper a layer of HDPE (that is insulation). Finally the take-up machine bring out the core wire. In this part, a electric cabinet is function to control the temperature and all the parameter about core wire. PS: We have to pay attention to the roundness of core wire and concentricity of insulation to reduce the return loss, crosstalk, attenuation and inpedance etc.
Secondly, two core wires are twisted into a pair. PS: The lower twist pitch is, the better characteristic impedance and crosstalk is.
Thirdly, four pairs are twisted together.
Fourthly, the extruder extrudes a layer of sheath (that is jacket) to the 4 twisted pairs. PS: The thickness & concentricity of jacket, finish-product, the clarity of printing require attention. Thickness & concentricity of jacket influence the inpedance and return loss.
Fifthly, it is to roll up the jacket wire. PS: the tension should be appropriate, otherwise the core wire will be easily pulled off or easy to knot when using.
Sixthly, package it per required.
Difference of cat.5e and cat.6 cableCat.6 is less susceptible to interference, but don't discount Cat.5e.Cat.6 cables typically offer better insulation for their internal wires, as well as enhanced performance. Cat.5e improved its shielding over the older Cat.5 standard, but Cat.6 must adhere to stricter standards for crosstalk and external noise mitigation than Cat.5e.Cat.6 cables achieve greater performance standards in a few different way. The most common is the use of a "spline". that is effectively a longitudinal separator that isolates the individual wires, which further protects against crosstalk between the 4 wire pairs. It also has the added benefit of making Cat.6 cables more durable and prevents stretching. That can make them more rigid, though, so Cat.6 cables with splines aren't necessarily the best for the tightest of turns.Some Cat.6 cables use individual shielding of the internal wires, and a shield of foil around the entire wire itself.These differing technique are sometimes used individually, and sometimes in conjunction, for greater and lesser shielding. This is typically denoted by the name or acronym applied to the cable, so look for the "S" in its name if shielding is important to you.When it comes to Cat.5e vs Cat.6, the newer Cat.6 standard offers better internal interference mitigation across the board, but some cables are better than others. For maximum performance, look out for Cat.6 cables with splines and shielding included, often meeting Cat.6a standards.Cat.5e is fine for most, but Cat.6 is still betterWhether you're setting up a home network, replacing old cables, or looking to enhance your workplace LAN, Cat.6 cables offers more. They can support faster data transfer, are typically more durable, and they offer better options for insulation crosstalk and internal noise. The Cat.5e vs Cat.6 debate is one that's easily won by Cat.6 if you focus entirely on features.That is said, not all networks can support the higher speed of Cat.6 cables. If your devices don't support 10Gb networking, using a Cat.6 cables won't e any faster than Cat5e.
